Standard Exchange & Returns Policy - Australia/International.

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item with our self managed returns process in your account.
  • We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new and unused condition, with all original product inserts and proof of purchase (email order confirmation with order number).
  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse, such as the item doesn’t fit/wrong size, change of mind, ordered by mistake, does not like the product (gift giving) etc.
  • Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item. 
  • No refunds will be applicable on discontinued/end of line items and big sale promotions ie; black friday sales/boxing day sales/EOFY sales unless faulty/damaged, see defective product returns below.
  • We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. See defective product returns below.
  • Refunds will be processed via customers original purchase method 

Defective Product & Returns Due To Our Error

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of delivery, see below details for how to proceed.

  • Do not return damaged/faulty goods. We will send a replacement free of charge. We will request proof of damage via photo to start the replacement. A refund may be applied if the purchased item is out of stock/won't be restocked. 
  • If you received the wrong item/size we may ask you to return the item/s back. If a return is required, we will refund any shipping costs this may incur. Your original order will be sent out in the next scheduled delivery. A receipt of shipping costs must be included in your return form.
  • If an item you purchased can not be replaced ie; out of stock/discontinued we will issue a refund 
  • If the product is not defective upon inspection of return, return shipping fees will apply.
  • Refunds will be processed via customers original purchase method

Please fill in via the self managed return section on your Jitsy account. If there is no order number and/or proof of purchase a refund will not be issued and a store credit will be applied instead. Contact orders@jitsy.club if you have any questions.
