Goods will be sent with tracking available via Australia Post and Sendle. 

Finger Tape orders do not receive tracking as they are sent via regular post without tracking, via envelope. There is no shipping cost for tape orders.

Please note, once the orders have left our warehouse we have no control over the performance of our shipping partners and cannot make any guarantee as to when deliveries will arrive.

We do not take responsibility for orders that are lost or stolen once the parcel has been delivered to the correct delivery address.

All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia. We aim to dispatch domestic items within 3 business days of receiving your order - our guaranteed shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Standard Shipping: Usually arrives in 2 - 5 business days after dispatch. The cost is $7.95, however, this will be provided at no charge for orders of $80 or more (domestic orders only).

International Shipping orders are dispatched once a week and take approx 10-14 days to arrive after dispatch. Shipping price varies depending on the weight of your order and where it is being sent. Price will be calculated at cart. All taxes are inclusive of this price. 

Please note that these prices can vary and are not chosen by us at Jitsy Club. International Shipping is charged through Australia Post. Please consider that we are further away on the globe and there is a large body of water that your order needs to travel across.

Store Pick Up: There is no charge to pick up your order from our office. If you wish to do a pick up we have a code to use at checkout. Please contact us via email for this code. We are located in Yatala, Gold Coast, Australia.

An email regarding pick up times is required to make sure your order is ready and someone is available in the shop.

For late or missing parcels, we reserve the right to lodge an investigation with our shipping provider before refunding you or re-sending the parcel to you. Investigations can take up to ten business days.

When we will start your transfer, you'll get a chasing number with your order with which you can learn about your order post position until you get your order in hands.

Please keep in mind, If you have given us the wrong address and if you are not there also the product will be reserved in our store again. For furnishing the wrong Address You Have to Bear the full Shipping Cost.

-Change of Address

when your order transition will be started We can not change the delivery address. However, please communicate us. If you need to change the place to deliver your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

ARCELS DAMAGED IN Conveyance

Still, please reject the package from the courier if possible and communicate with our client service, check the package precisely If you find that a package is damaged in conveyance, please reject the package from the courier if possible and communicate our client service. However, also please communicate client service for the coming way, If the package was delivered without your presence.         

Customs Costs
You (The Customer) are responsible for any customs cost when shipping internationally. Jitsy Club has no control or coverage over these costs.
